Renew360° provides medically monitored withdrawal management and residential treatment for adults with substance use disorders. Our programs use applicable American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) criteria to help guide level-of-care assessment and treatment planning while bringing together medical care, evidence-based treatment, recovery support, and wellness services to address your mind, body, and spirit.
Both programs provide 24-hour structure and support, giving you a dedicated environment to focus on your health and recovery away from the routines and pressures of daily life.
Finding the Right Level of Addiction Treatment
You do not need to decide which level of care you need before reaching out. We use screening and assessment to understand your current situation and determine what type of support is appropriate.
- We Start With a Screening: We learn about your substance use, current withdrawal symptoms, physical health, previous treatment, and any immediate safety concerns. This gives our team an initial picture of the support you may need.
- We Look at Your Needs More Closely: Nursing, medical, and clinical assessments help us understand your withdrawal risk, medical needs, readiness for treatment, risk of continued substance use, and the support you have in your recovery environment.
- We Determine the Appropriate Level of Care: Using ASAM criteria and the findings from your assessments, your team determines whether withdrawal management, residential treatment, or another level of care is appropriate. If you need a level of care Renew360° does not provide, we can help connect you with outside services.
- We Review Your Needs Throughout Treatment: Your needs may change as treatment progresses. We continue to review your health and progress so your care can change when a different level of support becomes appropriate.
Your clinical needs guide your treatment recommendation. Insurance may affect what your plan covers or authorizes, but it does not determine which level of care your treatment team recommends.
Our Programs
How Detox and Residential Treatment Work Together
ASAM Level 3.7 Detoxification Services and ASAM Level 3.5 Residential Services serve different purposes, and not everyone needs both. Detoxification services help you get through withdrawal safely and become medically stable. Residential services give you more time and structure to continue working on your recovery once withdrawal management is no longer needed.
Depending on what you need, your treatment may include:
- Detoxification services are followed by residential services if you need medical support through withdrawal before continuing treatment.
- Residential services without detoxification if you can safely begin residential treatment without withdrawal management.
- Another level of care if a different type of treatment would better meet your needs.
If you need both programs, you can move from detoxification into residential treatment at Renew360° without changing facilities. This lets you continue your care in a familiar setting instead of starting over in a new place.
Your team continues to check in on how you are doing throughout treatment. During detoxification, the focus is on how your withdrawal symptoms are improving, your overall health and stability, and whether you are ready for the next stage of treatment. In residential care, the focus shifts toward your treatment goals, cravings, coping skills, progress in recovery, and the support you will have after you leave.
Your treatment is not based on a fixed timeline. Your team will review your progress and current needs to determine whether you need more time at your current level of care or are ready to move on to the next stage.
Support for Recovery Beyond Medical Stabilization
Treatment involves more than getting through withdrawal or spending time in a structured setting. Depending on your treatment plan, your care can include individual counseling, group sessions, recovery education, relapse prevention, life-skills development, case management, and peer recovery support.
Wellness and experiential activities also give you different ways to support your recovery. These may include mindfulness, yoga and guided stretching, horticultural activities, art and music-based activities, movement, exercise, and recreation.
The goal is to help you work on the physical, emotional, and practical parts of recovery while you are in treatment. Your team focuses on services and activities appropriate to your needs rather than using the same approach with every client.

Support for Families and Loved Ones
If you are looking for treatment for someone you care about, you may have questions about how you can help and what your role will be once treatment begins. Renew360° offers family education, scheduled family programming, and specific pre-approved visitation so loved ones can be involved when appropriate.
With your loved one’s permission, your involvement can help us understand what support they will have at home, what challenges they may face, and what they may need once treatment ends. How involved you are will depend on your loved one’s needs, preferences, and privacy.
Frequently Asked Questions About Addiction Treatment
Substance use disorder treatment addresses the effects and patterns of ongoing alcohol or drug use and helps you build skills and support for recovery. The type of treatment you need depends on factors such as your substance use, withdrawal risk, health needs, previous treatment, risk of continued use, and recovery environment. Treatment may include withdrawal management, residential care, counseling, recovery education, medications, peer support, and continued care.

Look for a program that can explain why a particular level of care is appropriate for you, not simply list the services it offers. Ask who evaluates you, how your medical and clinical needs affect treatment decisions, how your progress is reviewed, and what happens if your needs change. You should also ask how the program plans for your next level of care.
There is no set length of stay that applies to everyone. During detoxification, your team considers your withdrawal symptoms, medical stability, medication response, and readiness for the next stage of treatment. During residential care, the team considers your treatment progress, cravings and continued-use risk, coping skills, recovery environment, and readiness for less intensive care.
Not by itself. Your treatment team recommends the level and length of care based on your clinical needs and progress. Insurance authorization can affect what your plan covers, and our Utilization Management team handles required authorization reviews using applicable ASAM and insurance criteria. Coverage decisions do not independently determine what your clinical team recommends.
If your health plan does not authorize all of the treatment your clinical team recommends, our Utilization Management team reviews the determination and may submit additional clinical information or use available review and appeal processes when appropriate. Your treatment team continues to base its recommendation on your clinical needs and progress, while staff works with you on available coverage and appropriate continuing-care options.
Yes. Medications may be started or continued when they are appropriate for your substance use treatment and ordered by an authorized medical provider. Your provider considers your substance use, symptoms, withdrawal history, medical needs, other medications, and individual risks when deciding whether medication should be part of your treatment.
Planning for your next step begins when you enter treatment and is updated as your needs and progress become clearer. Your team considers your clinical needs, recovery environment, available support, insurance, transportation, and other practical factors when recommending next steps. If you need a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), outpatient treatment, medical or mental health care, medication management, or other outside services, case management can help you contact an appropriate provider and arrange an appointment.
Start by contacting our admissions team. A qualified professional completes an initial pre-screening by phone or in person to learn about your substance use, withdrawal risks, health needs, and previous treatment. We add nursing, medical, and clinical assessments as needed, and the team uses that information to determine whether withdrawal management, residential treatment, or another level of care is appropriate.
Not Sure What Kind of Treatment You Need?
You don’t have to do this alone. Whether you are looking for help for yourself or someone you care about, our admissions team can speak with you about what is happening, answer your questions, and help you understand what the next step may look like.
